We empower this generation to wrestle with challenging questions,
mature and deepen their faith, and bring love into all they do.

"So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ."

Ephesians 4:11-13

the highest form of love, the love of God for people and of people for God

Comagape is a Christian organization that hosts an annual flagship conference, with a Missions Week to follow. Based out of the University of British Columbia.

For our conference and Missions Week, we invite speakers to share knowledge and create dialogue on topics such as apologetics, evangelism, sustainability, world events and the fundamentals of Christianity. We provide the opportunity for individuals of all backgrounds to meet and engage in meaningful dialogue with each other.

Comagape Missions Week focuses more on evangelism and outreach primarily to non-believers. Comagape is a safe place to ask difficult questions about the world we live in, and to dive deeper into the exploration of how faith intersects with our everyday lives.

Faithful Anxiety Workshop

Where is the peace of God in the face of midterms, group projects, and all-nighters?

According to a 2018 survey roughly 63% of college students in US reported “overwhelming anxiety” in the past year. Although we often read passages in the Bible like “Do not be anxious about anything…” practically speaking, most Christians are just as anxious as the rest of the world.  In this workshop, Chris will discuss ways to actually practice the peace of God, establishing rhythms and routines to combat anxiety and help us rest in Christ.

Join us for on zoom for an evening of worship, questions, and dialogue! More event details on our Facebook page, @comagapeubc.

This event is in partnership with Navigators, Born for More, Intervarsity, University Christian Ministries, and Power to Change.
