We are so thankful for our fantastic sponsors who give us the ability to run Comagape! Please take a moment to find out more about who they are and what they do below!
When Andy Steiger and his wife, Nancy founded Apologetics Canada in 2010, they were motivated to stop the exodus of young people leaving the church. God however had much more in store. This generation of young people both Christians and non-Christians alike have questions and are seeking truth. The challenge in Western culture is communicating the message of Jesus in a way that people can understand and appreciate. Sharing the gospel requires us all to understand and speak the language of culture and address the questions being asked with intellectual honesty, gentleness and respect. When we do this in the love and winsomeness of Christ Jesus, lives are impacted and culture is changed.
We are ordinary people making sense of life in light of Jesus. His very good news is always relevant to our everyday lives. No matter where you’re starting from, we want to help students like you take your next step towards him.
So we’re forging communities in Canada where life transformation happens among post-secondary students, whether in-person or online. We’re offering hope by connecting the dots between Jesus’ mission and your life through helpful content. And we’re gathering through events and unique opportunities that inspire us to see the bigger picture of God’s kingdom. Because we believe life together with Jesus is what brings hope, meaning, and depth.
Regent College was founded in 1968 as the first graduate school of theology in North America to make education of the laity its central focus. Our Christ-centred graduate programs and courses bring together vibrant evangelical faith and rigorous academics.
Over 600 students join us every term (full- and part-time), from over 40 countries, representing more than 30 denominations. These students come from every vocation and field, with a breadth of perspectives, cultures, and ages. They leave transformed—spiritually and academically—and stay members of a thriving alumni community far beyond graduation.
Regent is truly transdenominational—welcoming students from all ends of the theological spectrum. As an institution, Regent is both evangelical and orthodox, but our first priority is to remain true to orthodox faith as recorded in the Scriptures.
The College is home to some of the most influential theological thinkers and remains one of the world’s foremost graduate schools of Christian studies.
